Good Replacement for Capture Me

I used to use Capture Me for everything, because it allowed a continual floating window so I could take quick screenshots for taking school notes from video lectures.
Sadly, and very frustratingly, capture me doesnt work on mountain lion, and so when I got a new imac I nearly screamed and cried at how much time was wasted using grab to make a tiff shot, and then having to open that image in preview, and resave it as a png just so I could drop it in my evernote.

This app saves you a ton of time!!!!!
Its the best replacement to capture me there is.
